Apartment Oasis Park is a delightful home away from home affording a prime location in one of the best condominiums of the Algarve, just a short drive away from Portimão and the beautiful beaches of Praia da Rocha, Vau and Alvor. A superb 2-bedroom apartment surrounded by landscaped gardens, the property is located on the ground floor of a one-story block and includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The living / dining room includes a large and comfortable sofa for lounging and a TV. The dining table is by the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, as well as an extendable breakfast table and stools. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead shower and there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. The twin bedroom also has access to the patio out front where you can have your tea or coffee in the morning sun. Outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and sun loungers) are provided for use on the lovely patio out front or in the shared garden around the back of the apartment, as well as a portable BBQ, where you can grill fresh produce from the Portimão market. The Oasis Park complex has an exceptional leisure centre (4-minutes’ walk from the apartment) which includes a beautiful indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Parque guests. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the large outdoor swimming pool and smaller pool for children, and there’s a café / restaurant nearby for refreshments. The property is located in a quiet area of Portimão and is a short walk from 2 different supermarkets and several restaurants and cafés. The beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau or Praia da Rocha are a short drive away, as well as the charming beach town of Alvor and vibrant Portimão city centre. Car hire is recommended. If you want to hire a car we can help you with this. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of EURO 250 per person. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. The 5th and 6th persons (children up to 12 years old) includes a double sofa-bed. Pool card access for the 5th and 6th person*: EURO 5 per day The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
