Villa Casa Castelo is an exceptional holiday home with a large private and heatable pool (heating as an optional extra), located in one of the most desirable areas of the region and only 500m from the beach! Its proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve as well as renowned restaurants of excellent cuisine, make it the perfect spot for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing holiday. This wonderful 3 storey holiday property includes 4 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds (both with an en-suite bathroom, on the first floor), one with a double bed (with an en-suite bathroom, on the ground floor) and one with a double bed and 2 bunk bed sets (on the lower floor). There’s also an additional bathroom with a shower on the lower floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor. A totally refurbished and contemporary kitchen has all the utensils and modern appliances necessary for home cooking, to be enjoyed with family or friends in the dining room or on the terrace, and an outdoor traditional barbeque allows for open-air grilling. The inviting living room is bright and comfortable and leads out onto the lovely terrace with a seating area overlooking the pool. A games room on the lower floor provides additional entertainment on long summer days and on the second floor a large terrace allows you to take in the spectacular sea views. The outdoor area is spacious with a large heatable swimming pool (heating as an optional extra) and brand-new sunbeds for the whole family to relax in the sun. Additional outdoor furniture including tables and chairs provide the perfect setting for outdoor meals. The villa is in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and is just a 5-minute walk down to the nearest beach (Praia do Castelo). There are several restaurants and bars within a 15-minute walk, as well as a short drive away in the area of Galé. Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away with attractions such as the Old Town, Praia dos Pescadores and the Albufeira Strip. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other transport options are local taxis, which are always available and affordable (for which contact details will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th to the 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (bunk bed) for only EURO 77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
