Villa Dominica is a wonderfully spacious holiday home located in a quiet residential area, just less than a mile east from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. With a private heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost) and sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool with views of the sea and the Monchique mountains, villa Dominica is an excellent choice for your family holiday. The property has 4 bedrooms - on the first floor are 2 double bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), as well as a spacious, sunny terrace, and on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in total - 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. The inviting living / dining room has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal or simply lounge with family and includes a TV, DVD, sound system and free Wi-Fi. Outside, the property is surrounded by a wall and hedge affording good privacy. A spacious terrace with a large private heatable swimming pool (optional extra), sun loungers and BBQ area allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun, while the covered dining area and kitchenette allow for entertaining family and friends with meals overlooking the pool. Up a flight of stairs, a second sun terrace affords lovely views over the swimming pool and the surrounding area. Villa Dominica is approximately a 10-minute walk into the town of Carvoeiro, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful golden sandy Carvoeiro beach. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
