Villa Saint Thomas is an excellent holiday property situated in a tranquil residential area, just a short drive from the bustling town of Carvoeiro. With beautiful sandy beaches, shops, local markets, excellent golf courses, water parks and more within easy reach by car, this property is a sure choice for a wonderful family holiday. This lovely holiday home away from home has 3 bedrooms with double beds; 2 on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms with showers and 1 on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower. An additional guest W.C. is on the ground floor, as well as a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The living / dining room is beautifully bright and comfortable with space for the whole family to relax and with a wonderful view out to the pool area. Additionally, the first floor includes a sports corner with a walker and a vibration plate machine, and a large terrace on the second floor allows for lovely sea views. Free Wi-Fi is provided as well as air-conditioning. The property is completely walled and fenced, and includes a large private heatable swimming pool (pool heating an optional extra), well-kept gardens, patio and a barbeque area, ideal for family meals alfresco. Located in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro, the villa is just a short drive from the lively town centre where you can find a variety of shops, excellent restaurants, bars and the beautiful Carvoeiro beach. Additional points of interest that are also a short drive away are the excellent golf courses of Pestana Golf Carvoeiro (the closest to the property) and the Slide and Splash aquapark. Car hire is recommended/necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people The 7th to 9th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only EURO 105 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
