Villa Koster Villa Koster is a wonderfully spacious 4-bedroom Holiday Home with a private heatable swimming pool, marvellous garden and outdoor spaces, as well as a lounge on the rooftop. Located in a quiet cul de sac, just 700 meters away from the popular beach, “Praia Vale de Centeanes” and a short drive from Carvoeiro, a picturesque former fishing village, Villa Koster is the perfect spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve. Golf lovers will find several golf courses in the area, the closest being Vale do Milho Golf Course. This stunning Villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi and Air-Conditioning throughout the accommodation and has 4 double bedrooms (3 of them with en-suite bathrooms) all on the ground floor, as well as 1 additional bathroom. The kitchen is extremely spacious, with plenty of counter space on which to prepare meals and fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, two sinks, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils. The property is also equipped with a washing machine. An airy living and dining space provides a large dining table, spacious and comfortable seating and satellite TV. Patio doors allow direct access to the terrace, with an outdoor dining area overlooking the large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). A portable barbeque is also available, ideal for preparing alfresco family meals. The grounds of the property are completely walled and fenced, with well kept gardens and free private parking. Villa Koster has a superb swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds for lounging in the summer sun. A ping-pong table is also provided for additional entertainment between refreshing dips in the pool. The property is located near the charming town of Carvoeiro with it´s lively town centre where you can find a variety of shops, excellent restaurants, bars and the beautiful Carvoeiro beach. Additional points of interest that are also a short drive away are the excellent golf courses of “Vale do Milho Golf Course” (the closest to the property), “Pestana Golf Carvoeiro” and the “Slide and Splash” aquapark. Other beautiful beaches such as Praia do Vale Covo and Praia do Carvalho, just to name a couple, are located within a short drive. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 10th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: EURO 1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: EURO 2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
