Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a private swimming pool and garden, surrounded by stunning countryside views, this is the ideal property for a relaxing family holiday in the Algarve. This stunning 4-bedroom villa benefits from Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all units. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor, with balconies affording marvellous views of the surrounding area. The remaining twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor, as well as an additional guest W.C., a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparing meals, and a bright and spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating, TV and direct access to the stunning terrace overlooking the pool. Here you can enjoy meals or drinks with views of the large private swimming pool and beautiful gardens, with an impressive traditional Algarvian BBQ on hand for preparing outdoor meals and entertaining your party alfresco. Plenty of sun loungers are provided for soaking up the sun between refreshing dips in the pool. Villa Tulum is ideal for couples and families and is just a few minutes’ drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, some of the best golf courses in the area and the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Praia do Ancão, just to name a few. Car hire is recommended/necessary. If you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season.
