The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a double sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, and two armchairs, providing the perfect space to relax after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, washing machine, and dishwasher, making it ideal for preparing meals at home with ease and convenience. On the first floor, Villa Agadir offers three additional suites. One is a twin suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two suites include a twin suite and a suite with a double bed, both with private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. The villa's lower floor includes a garage and a ping-pong table, providing additional entertainment options for days spent at home. Outside, the villa boasts a heated swimming pool (available at an additional cost), perfect for refreshing swims year-round. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Timings and Rules Check-in time: Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out time: 10:00 The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season) Group security deposit: EURO 150 per person (payment by credit/debit card) A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Pricing Prices are for up to 8 people. For the 9th and 12nd guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (EURO 154 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a crib is available for EURO 21 each, per week. The administrative fee for date changes is EURO 150.
