The kitchen has direct access to the outside, making it easy to prepare meals outdoors. The living room is comfortable and cozy, equipped with a TV and spacious seating areas, ideal for relaxation. The adjacent dining room is an elegant space, perfect for family meals. Also on the ground floor, the villa features a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as two bedrooms with single beds that share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, the spacious hall has a single sofa, which can be replaced with two divans, offering additional sleeping flexibility. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace, providing a tranquil space to relax outdoors. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as an additional suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The exterior of Villa Las Flores is equally impressive. Additional Information - The changeover day for this property is Thursday. - If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not comply with the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted. - Pool heating will always be an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in and Check-out Times - Check-in time: Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00 - Check-out time: 10:00 - The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season) - Group security deposit: EURO 150 per person (payment by credit/debit card). - A booking, insurance, and archive handling fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Pricing - Prices are for up to 10 people. - For the 11th to 14th person, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed (only EURO 154 each per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only EURO 21 each per week).
