Ideal for a family retreat, it promises a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The ground floor features a living and dining area that invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy family dinners around the large table. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, facilitating delightful home-cooked meals. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower that offers convenience and comfort. The first floor features an elegant en-suite bedroom with a double bed and bathtub for complete relaxation. Another bedroom with three single beds is perfect for children or friends, while a third bedroom with a double bed provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor, ensuring all guests have ample space and comfort. Outside, you’ll find a delightful dining area perfect for al fresco meals, complemented by sun loungers for soaking up the sun and a barbecue for enjoying delicious grilled dishes with family and friends. The highlight is undoubtedly the stunning saltwater pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, ensuring a perfect swimming experience year-round. This villa is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of EURO 175 per person. • The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th persons (one adult + one babie) pay an additional rental amount ( only EURO 91 per week ) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
