Villa Bantayan is a superb villa, located in a quiet neighbourhood in Albufeira, while still within walking distance to all amenities and a few minutes’ drive to the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. Sleeping 8+4 guests, the villa has 4 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds which can be made into double beds. The property also provides 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). A spacious and comfortable living / dining room with rustic accents, invites you to lounge and relax, and a fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. The property benefits from air conditioning throughout, free wi-fi and international satellite channels. Outside, the private swimming pool with an attractive water feature invites you for refreshing swims and sunbathing or you can opt to relax on the bougainvillea shaded patio and enjoy a drink while overlooking the garden. An outdoor dining and BBQ area provides the perfect setting for meals with family and friends on long summer days. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
