Casa Negril Bright and newly redecorated traditional house situated in an amazing location and sleeps 6+4 guests. Close to the beach and the town centre it is a perfect base for a stay in the old town of Albufeira. With an unbeatable location, within a short walking distance you can find a selection of fabulous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the famous square, filled with shops, craftsmen and entertainment. This house with free Wi-Fi has 3 levels, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom apartment with air conditioning, which is furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobes and there is one bathroom which has a walk-in shower. There is a lounge/dining area which is open plan, has a comfortable sofa and a dining table. There is also a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you should need on your holiday including, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the first floor, there is one other apartment with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, which are furnished with twin beds that can be joined into a double bed if required, and built in wardrobes. There is also one bathroom which has a walk in shower and a lounge with satellite TV and an open plan kitchen which has a dining table and is fully equipped with everything you should need on your holiday. On the second floor there is access to an additional annex with a double bed, shower room and kitchenette (Available for bookings from 7 to 10 people ). The first floor and the annex on the second floor, both levels are accessed by a staircase. A staircase leads to a roof terrace with outside dining are and sunbeds with spectacular views over the old town of Albufeira and Praia de Pescadores – one of the best known beaches in the area. The house is located in Albufeira centre and has everything you may require for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy are all within short walking distance. The centre of the Old Town of Albufeira is only a few streets away and the Strip with the best bars and nightlife in town is about a 5 minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th to 10th persons pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
