Rest peacefully in one of the four bedrooms, offering a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep. A well-designed bathroom adds to the convenience of this floor, ensuring a seamless experience. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils and materials you need to create culinary delights. Ascending to the first floor, you will be able to find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of these rooms are furnished with 3 single beds each, with private bathrooms—one with bath and shower and the other with a shower. The third bedroom on this floor features a cozy double bed. Additionally, and to complement this level, there is a bathroom with a bath and shower. Step into the inviting outdoor realm of our property. A secluded heatable private pool (available with an extra cost), embraced by a charming fence, awaits your enjoyment, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers that invite you to bask in the delightful Algarve sunshine. Please note that the property is undergoing renovations so new photos will be available soon. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th to the 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
