Villa Isla Bella *HEATABLE POOL AVAILABLE FOR 2025* Discover the perfect retreat for your dream vacation in this magnificent villa located in the Galé area. With a modern and cozy design, this property is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Starting on the ground floor, you will find 4 of the 7 bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with twin beds, while the remaining two bedrooms feature double beds, one of which en-suite with bath and shower. On this floor, there are also 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a large sofa and a television. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils and materials necessary for meal preparation, complemented by a spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates the entire group. Moving to the 1st floor, you will discover the remaining 3 bedrooms. Two of them with two single beds each, and the other with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Also on this floor, you will be able to find an additional bathroom with bath and shower and a game room with a snooker table and a television, offering entertainment for all. The fantastic exterior of the villa includes a swimming pool and garden area, as well as 2 outdoor showers, a brick barbecue, and a dining table with chairs, perfect for meals with family and friends overlooking the pool. Additionally, there's a foosball table and a ping-pong table for added entertainment. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, and there is parking space for one car. This luxurious villa offers a complete and comfortable setting for a memorable vacation experience. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 175 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 14 people. The 15th and 16th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only EURO 140 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
