Villa Dorado is a fantastic 5-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located in central Oura, Albufeira. Within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, bars and shops and just 500m from the beach, villa Dorado is perfect for a relaxing, car-free holiday in the heart of the city with family and friends. The property has 5 bedrooms (1 double and 4 twin) and 4 bathrooms (2 with a shower and 2 with a bathtub and shower). The main living space is open-plan and includes a cosy lounge area with comfortable sofas and a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that has all the appliances and utensils you’ll require for home cooking. The lovely outdoor patio is accessed through sliding doors and has an outdoor dining set where you can enjoy meals or drinks, with a traditional brick BBQ on hand for summer grilling. Sunbeds are available for soaking up the warm Algarve sun between refreshing dips in the private swimming pool. The property is located in a residential area just 150m from the Albufeira Strip, and benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, in the lively Oura area. The historic Albufeira Old Town is around a 10-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only EURO 126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
