Villa Buddha Villa Buddha is an impressive holiday villa with an oriental flair affording a prime location in Montechoro, Albufeira. Only 2,5 km from the best golden, sandy beaches and within walking distance to all amenities, this zen oasis is the ideal option for couples or families holidaying together in Albufeira. This spacious villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (3 en-suite) + 1 guest W.C, sleeping up to 18+4 guests: 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, 1 double bedroom on the ground floor (with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor (1 with 4 bunk bed sets and 1 double room with an en-suite bathroom). On the ground floor, the living / dining area offers a large and comfortable sectional sofa, TV and DVD Player, dining table and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and stools, where you can enjoy meals or keep the designated chef company. A secondary kitchen is located on the lower floor. Outdoors, the property offers a large private swimming pool with gardens, patio and a barbecue area ideal for al fresco dining. Sunbeds, hanging chairs and a bamboo covered seating area allow you to make the most of the outdoor space, relax and soak up the sun. Villa Buddha benefits from air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and was designed with perfect attention to detail throughout; it’s the ideal escape for a relaxing break in the sun. The property is located in the Montechoro area, within walking distance to all amenities. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 18 people. • The 19th to 22th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 203 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
