Around 2km from the best golden sandy beaches and within walking distance to all amenities, this is undoubtedly the perfect property for those looking for a car-free holiday, enjoying the city and its beautiful beaches. This fantastic 6-bedroom villa sleeps up to 15+4 guests, and benefits from air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The property is composed of 6 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms on the first floor (one with an en-suite bathroom), while on the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms (two with 2 twin beds each, and one bedroom with 5 twin beds - all with en-suite bathrooms). The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make you feel at home. The living / dining room is fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort, with direct access to the outdoor pool area and garden. Here you can enjoy your meals al fresco, prepared on the traditional Algarvian BBQ, gathering family and friends alongside the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) to relax in the sun and enjoy your holidays to the fullest. Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, the villa is a short walk from all amenities necessary for your holiday including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and banks. The beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Oura and Alemães are just a short drive away, as well as options for golf, water sports and boat trips. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 15 people The 16th to the 19th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only EURO 77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
