Villa Waikiki is an ideal property for families or friends looking to holiday in a quiet area of Albufeira, while still being just a 15-minute walk away from the town center with a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and about 2 km away from beautiful golden sandy beaches. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in the living room and bedrooms are some of the amenities provided in this wonderful holiday home. The first floor of the property has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), a separate bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor there is the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. The living / dining room is spacious and comfortable, with direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool. The villa has an inviting outdoor deck area at the front of the property, complete with a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and sun loungers for taking in the summer sun. There are also armchairs where you can relax with a drink and a good book, and an outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as a BBQ grill where you can prepare and enjoy meals al fresco. The property is in the quiet neighbourhood of Caliços, Albufeira and is just a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Pingo Doce), as well as the local market where you can find fresh homegrown produce. The Albufeira Old Town is about a 20-minute walk away (about a 7-minute drive) and the Albufeira Strip is also about a 7-minute drive away. Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, this may be flexible in low season). Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th and 8th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
