Villa Treasure Beach is a modern 4-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of the Albufeira Marina. Only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of "Peneco" and "São Rafael", this colourful holiday home is the perfect setting for a family holiday and includes a private swimming pool and a games room with a ping pong table and fitness machine. This beautiful property has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor with their own bathrooms and wonderful views of the marina. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The quirky, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle. The living / dining room is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas, satellite television and air-conditioning. Patio doors from the living room lead out to the private swimming pool. The relaxing outdoor area invites you to unwind on the sun loungers by the swimming pool and enjoy grilled summer meals alfresco, cooked on the brick BBQ. Private parking is available for up to 2 cars. Villa Treasure Beach is located in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00h to 00:00h Check-out schedule: 10:00h Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people The 9th to the 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only EURO 77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
