Villa La Digue is a delightful Algarve villa with 4-bedrooms and a large swimming pool, set in a quiet residential street. Within close walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants and just a 5-minute drive from the beach, this fantastic villa is the perfect spot for your family holiday. The property has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms and one with 2 single beds), as well as an additional bathroom. On the ground floor, you can find the remaining bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite bathroom), and an additional bathroom. The living room /dining room includes comfortable seating and a large dining table, ideal for family meals, and the kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking. Free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are included at the property. Villa La Digue boasts a spacious outdoor patio with a large swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds on which to lounge around the pool, as well as an outdoor dining area ideal for al fresco meals. A table tennis table is on hand for additional entertainment on long summer nights. Parking for 6 cars is available within the property gates. A quality supermarket, pubs and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as the Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance (5 min. by car). Other beautiful beaches like Gale, São Lourenço or São Rafael, just to name a few, are located within a short drive. The town of Guia, known for Piri-Piri chicken is just a 5-minute drive away and Albufeira is within a 10 minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th and 10 person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week).
