Villa Palms is a traditional villa that can be found in the popular resort of Galé just 1km from beautiful sandy beaches and close to the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Its rural location gives you privacy and countryside views, whilst still being close to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Features of the villa include 4 bedrooms: 2 Twin bedroom and 2 Double bedrooms. One twin and one double are on the first floor and have their own large en-suite bathrooms and share a large terrace with stunning countryside views. On the ground floor, there is a double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom. The large spacious living room has a separate raised, cosy seating area and an adjoining dining room and is decorated with many traditional features. The kitchen is a spacious, farmhouse style room and has all the modern appliances needed to make your holiday run smoothly. A hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided, and just out the back of the kitchen door you will discover the traditional Algarvian brick built BBQ next to the outside dining area, perfect for al fresco meals. Leading from the lounge is the private, south facing, swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra) ideal for days soaking up the sunshine or relaxing with a good book. You will also find an outside ping pong table for those who want to be a bit more energetic and are sports minded. The villa boasts free WIFI, air conditioning, satellite television channels and a DVD player. Villa Palms is an ideal holiday home for friends or family visiting the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th to 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
