Villa Cristiano Villa is a fantastic holiday home with a rural setting in the village of Branqueira, yet just 10 minutes to golden sandy beaches and to the strip of Oura in Albufeira. This fantastic property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing Algarve holiday together, while having their own privacy. Completely private and with only one floor, it has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, barbecue, private pool and a fantastic garden. Upon entering the property, on the right side you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 furnished with a double bed and the other bedroom en-suite furnished with two single beds. On this floor there is also a bathroom, a living room with an open space format, with the dining room, where you can enjoy your meals, and the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, such as fridge, freezer, coffee machine, oven, stove and various utensils. On the left side, after entering the property, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom furnished with two single beds, 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed and finally an en-suite, bedroom furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. In this wing, there is a second kitchen, fully equipped, as well as a living and dining room, duly prepared to accommodate the entire group. This area also has 1 bathroom. Outside, you will find the garden, the incredible private pool and sun lounger area to share memorable moments and to cool off on the hottest days. There is a barbecue and an outdoor table where you can sit and enjoy your meals with a wonderful view of the garden. The village of Branqueira is a traditional Portuguese village that has a mini-market and some restaurants and bars, just a few minutes away you will find the beach of Santa Eulália and a golf course. The Oura area (Strip) is famous for its nightlife, its selection of bars, clubs and many restaurants which is between Branqueira and the old town of Albufeira (only about 5 minutes by car). This stunning villa is ideal for those looking for a relaxing getaway, away from the busy tourist centres, but also within walking distance of all amenities and the beautiful beaches of the Algarve. Car hire is recommended and if you are interested we can help you with your request. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only EURO 140 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
