Villa AlGharif Villa AlGharif is a charming holiday villa sleeping up to 14 people, with a private swimming pool and lush green surroundings, creating the peaceful environment of the countryside without leaving the town. Ideal for families, the property affords a prime location in Quinta da Balaia estate and is only a 5-minute drive from both central Albufeira and the best golden sandy beaches. There are 2 separate sections of the house, as well as an additional bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets (sleeping 4) with an en-suite bathroom. The villa includes free Wi-Fi and has air-conditioning (heating and cooling) in all bedrooms. The main section of the property houses 2 twin bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with disabled access) and an additional bathroom. There is also a dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sink, and a large breakfast table and bench. The second section of the property provides a spacious living room with a selection of comfortable seating and TV, as well as the remaining 2 bedrooms (1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom) and an additional bathroom. Outside, the spacious green garden and surrounding trees invite you to enjoy the swimming pool located at the back of the property and relax in the sun. A barbecue and outdoor dining area allow you to prepare and enjoy summer meals with family and friends in this wonderfully peaceful setting. The outdoor area is being renovated to provide an even better space, which will be completed in April. The property is located in the quiet residencial area of Quinta da Balaia, with easy access to Albufeira centre, the Strip, Praia D’Oura and Olhos de Água, and a good choice of excellent beaches, shops, eateries and water sports, as well as being only a short drive away from several golf courses. Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 12 people. From the 13th and 14th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only EURO 140 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
