Villa Oasis del Mar Located in Galé, we have Villa Oasis del Mar, with stunning views, the property has 3 bedrooms (capacity 6+2), private pool, games room and large gardens. With a private swimming pool and an amazing garden, Villa Oasis del Mar is located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, close to all amenities, but at the same time sheltered from the busy streets. On the ground floor we find 2 bedrooms, both with two single beds (one of which can be transformed into a double) and with wardrobes, it should be noted that these rooms have direct access to the wonderful garden. On this same floor we also have 2 complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Moving on to the living room, here we find a comfortable space furnished with everything you may need (TV and sofas) to relax in your evenings, in this same space you will also find a large dining table so you can enjoy family meals. Both of these spaces have direct access to the outside. Continuing on the ground floor, we have the kitchen, also with access to the outside where the barbecue is located, this is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need, such as oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a pantry. Moving on to the first floor, here you will find a room with a pool table, this area also counts with a balcony and views of both the sea and the pool. On this same floor we also have another bathroom equipped with a bathtub, in addition there is a bedroom with a balcony, 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Last but not least, we have the wonderful outdoor space, here you will find the large swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor table to enjoy your meals and sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful and warm sun of the Algarve. The exterior also has fantastic gardens that light up at night. With its exceptional location, you will have many amenities within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, sandy beaches and golf courses for lovers of this sport. Car hire is advisable, should you wish to rent a car, we can help you with your request. Other transport options are the local bus and local taxis, which are readily available and reasonably priced (for which contact details will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on a Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. • The 7th up to the 8th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
