Villa Canguu Villa Canguu is a wonderful holiday villa situated in a prime location in the Galé area, only a 5 minute walk from the best golden sandy beaches. Complete with exterior games and a heatable swimming pool, this villa has everything you need for a perfect family holiday. The villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8+4 people. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: one twin and one double (both with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers), as well as a small living room with 2 sofa beds, sleeping additional guests. All of the bedrooms on the first floor share a common balcony. The remaining 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) are located on the ground floor and share an independent bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen and main living areas are also on the ground floor. Fully equipped and open plan, the kitchen includes all the appliances you may need during your holiday including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. A laundry room is available with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. From both the dining area with a large table and chairs, and the living room area with the TV and comfortable sofas, you have direct access to the relaxing outdoors where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), delighting both children and adults. This impressive villa is perfect for entertaining friends and family and includes a traditional BBQ, an exterior dining table perfect for al fresco meals, and an exterior games area where you can enjoy playing snooker and ping pong by the swimming pool. The property is completely walled and fenced, making it perfect to lounge and swim in the pool all day long. On-site parking is available for up to 3 cars. Villa Canguu is within close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday - a short distance to restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Lourenço and Galé, just naming a couple. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, bars and shops, located within a 10-minute drive. Car Hire is recommended. Should you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th to 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only EURO 126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
