Villa Maldives is a charming holiday villa affording a prime location in Galé, only 650m from São Lourenço beach and 900m from Galé beach. With 3 bedrooms, a private south-facing swimming pool and within walking distance to all amenities, this is the ideal villa for families looking for a relaxing, car-free holiday in the sun. The property has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor, as well as a wonderful balcony, and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. An additional W.C. is also available on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and a breakfast table. The living / dining area is cosy and comfortable, with a TV, DVD, and direct access to the fantastic pool terrace. Here you can take refreshing swims in the south-facing swimming pool and soak up the sun on the nearby sun loungers. A barbeque is available for preparing outdoor meals which can be enjoyed with a view to the pool or with drinks while watching the sunset. Villa Maldives is in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The beaches of Galé and Lourenço are both within a short walking distance. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
