Villa La Romana is a fantastic villa with traditional Algarve charm, set in the idyllic area of Sesmarias, Galé. Located just a 15-minute walk from both the nearest beach and from the town of Galé, with excellent restaurants and bars, this 3-bedroom villa with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning is the perfect setting for your holiday in the sun. On the first floor, the property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, with a shared balcony and wonderful views, as well as 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, both the 3rd bedroom (double) and the comfortable living / dining room have large sliding doors with shutters that lead directly out to the inviting pool area. The ground floor also houses an additional bathroom and the kitchen, fully equipped for home cooking. Outside, a wonderful garden, private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and sun loungers invite you to relax in the warm Algarve sun, while the traditional Algarvean BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting to enjoy al-fresco summer meals and drinks while admiring the magnificent sunsets. The property is located in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and there are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, within a 10 minute walk. Also, within a short walk (about 15 minutes), are the beautiful beaches of Castelo / Coelha / Evaristo. The beach town of Galé is a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops, and Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away. The largest shopping centre in the area, Algarve Shopping (in Guia) is about a 10-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
