Villa Saint Lucia is a wonderful traditional property, located in the Villa Alba complex in Albufeira, only a few minutes’ walk from the Strip. With a large communal swimming pool and within walking distance from a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops, as well as a couple of minutes’ drive from some of the best golden sandy beaches in Albufeira, this fantastic villa is an ideal choice for a city getaway in the sun. The property sleeps 6+3 guests and has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds each and 1 with a double bed, en-suite shower room and a balcony. There are also 2 additional bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and overhead shower, and 1 with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make you feel at home, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob. A spacious, open plan living/dining room invites you to spend time with family and friends sharing a meal in the raised dining area, or relaxing in the lower living area, with a built-in sofa, satellite TV system and large patio doors leading outside. In the outdoor area, you can make the most of the traditional brick BBQ to prepare delicious summer meals to be enjoyed al fresco, and access the large communal gardens, generous swimming pool and pool bar. All bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning units and free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. On-site parking is available for 2 cars. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. The 7th and 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week).
