Villa Ibiza is a bright and fantastic holiday home located in the area of Galé, close to some of the most beautiful golden sand beaches of the Algarve. Its privileged location allows you to be in a quiet, private area, while still being close to all amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. The property is composed of 2 floors, housing 5 bedrooms and is equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. On the first floor is 1 twin bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom), 3 double bedrooms, and a bathroom. The remaining twin bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils that you may need during your stay. A spacious living / dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating and has direct access to the outdoor terrace. Here you can relax and enjoy sunbathing and delicious dips in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), which will surely delight both children and adults. Outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy delicious outdoor meals, cooked on the typical Algarvean barbecue, or admire the beautiful evening sunsets. Villa Ibiza is in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The beaches of Galé and Lourenço are both within a short walking distance. Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. • The 11th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
