Montego Bay Apartment is a cozy 1-bedroom accommodation, beautifully decorated and located within the charming “Quinta Pedra dos Bicos” complex. Situated on the first floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, the apartment boasts an exceptional location, offering everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. With a capacity for up to 2+3 guests, the apartment features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. It includes 1 elegantly furnished bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen offers appliances such as an oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The open-plan living/dining area seamlessly integrates with the kitchen, providing a comfortable and well-decorated space. The balcony, shared by the living room and bedroom, is perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun. Within walking distance, the beautiful complex offers a large pool and well-maintained gardens, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. Thanks to its prime location, the apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from one of Albufeira’s main streets, where you’ll find an array of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and the renowned Oura Strip. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: EURO 200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Prices for up to 3 people. For the 4th and 5th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
