Villa Bali is a one-storey traditional Algarve villa set in a quiet countryside area, yet just a short distance from the center of Albufeira. Perfect for families or friends looking to stay away from the crowds, this wonderful 3-bedroom property has everything you’ll require for a relaxing holiday, including a private heatable swimming pool and jacuzzi (both optional extras). Villa Bali has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6+1 guest. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and the third bedroom has twin beds and patio doors opening onto the inviting pool and garden. There is also a third separate bathroom with a shower. The open plan living / dining room includes comfortable seating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and has patio doors leading out to the pool area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for home cooking with a hob and oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and washing machine. From the kitchen you can access the covered BBQ and outdoor dining area, where you can prepare meals on the grill to be enjoyed al fresco. There is also an additional dining area with a view of the pool. The pool area of the villa is an idyllic spot for soaking up the sun on the loungers, while children can play on the surrounding grassy areas or play ping-pong nearby. Pool heating is available as an optional extra, as well as the use of the jacuzzi where you can unwind on long summer evenings. Parking for up to 3 cars is available on the premises. Villa Bali is located in a quiet countryside setting, just outside of Albufeira. The city center, charming Old town and vibrant Albufeira strip are all a short drive away, where you’ll find a variety of excellent restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Beautiful golden sandy beaches are also within a 10-minute drive, as well as other activities such as golf, water parks and nature walks. Car hire is recommended if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only EURO 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
