The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin), 3 bathrooms (one of which is adapted for people with disabilities) and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, dishes, utensils, kettle and toaster, and the living / dining room is spacious and inviting, with access to the terrace, barbeque and outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool. The large swimming pool (fenced), beautiful gardens and tranquil countryside surroundings create a relaxed setting for a wonderful family holiday. Parking for 2 cars is available within the property. This picturesque villa with free Wi-Fi is ideal for couples or families, who prefer a quiet location in Albufeira. The main golden sandy beaches of “Peneco“ and “Inatel“, just to name a couple, are within few minutes’ drive and Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and sparkling nightlife, is within a 5-minute drive. Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
