Apartment Paphos is a charming 2-bedroom apartment located in the "Quinta Pedra dos Bicos" complex in Santa Eulália. Its prime location places it just minutes away from all essential amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the stunning beaches. Situated on the ground floor, this apartment features two spacious and fully equipped bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—both with built-in wardrobes and full-length mirrors. There are also two bathrooms (one with a shower and bathtub, the other with a shower), an open-plan kitchen, and a comfortable living/dining area with cozy seating and a TV. Apartment Paphos also boasts a large balcony furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, accessible from all rooms. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy an alfresco meal while soaking up the Algarve sunshine. Additionally, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms. Within the delightful complex, just a short walk from the apartment, you'll find a spacious swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens, perfect for relaxing and unwinding during your unforgettable holiday. Thanks to its excellent location in the peaceful area of Santa Eulália, the apartment is within walking distance of the main street, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, banks, and supermarkets. The famous Oura Strip and nearby beach are also just a short stroll away. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: EURO 130 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
