Villa Palaui Villa Palaui is a delightful holiday retreat situated in the serene area of Galé, surrounded by some of the Algarve's most picturesque golden sand beaches. Its prime location offers a tranquil residential setting, with convenient access to nearby amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pastry shops. Spread across two floors, this vacation home features 3 bedrooms, air-conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The ground floor hosts a cozy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom boasting a corner bath. On the first floor, two twin bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation. In addition to the en-suite, the house includes two more bathrooms—one with a tub and another with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, caters to your every need. The spacious living room, coupled with a separate dining area, offers ample seating and direct access to the outdoor terrace. Step outside to enjoy the inviting space, perfect for basking in the sun on the sunbeds next to the private saltwater swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), a feature that will undoubtedly delight both children and adults. Make the most of warm evenings with al fresco dining, taking advantage of the traditional Algarvian barbecue to prepare meals while admiring the stunning sunset views. Villa Palaui is situated in the Galé area, just a 15-minute drive from the bustling center of Albufeira. Within a short walking distance, you'll find an array of superb restaurants and bars, and a large supermarket is conveniently located just a couple of minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Galé and Lourenço are easily accessible by a short drive. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th and 8th person pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
