Ideal for a family retreat, it promises a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The villa boasts four bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and a single bedroom. Additionally, there are two more bathrooms, ensuring ample facilities for all guests. The well-equipped kitchen provides modern appliances and utensils, facilitating delightful home-cooked meals to be enjoyed indoors or on the expansive terrace next to the generous pool. Al fresco dining options are available with a traditional barbecue at your disposal. Multiple bright and spacious seating areas, including the downstairs living room and a comfortable first-floor seating area, offer ideal spots for relaxation and enjoying the picturesque countryside views. The expansive outdoor area is a standout feature, showcasing a substantial heatable saltwater pool (heating available as an optional extra), embraced by sunbeds perfect for soaking up the sun. The meticulously tended garden enhances the serene atmosphere, providing an ideal setting for relaxation. Delight in outdoor dining with the furnished seating, savoring the surrounding natural beauty. Parking convenience is ensured with on-site private parking for up to three vehicles. Situated in a peaceful locale between Galé beach and the renowned village of Guia, known for its famous Piri Piri chicken restaurants, Villa Culebra offers proximity to several restaurants and bars. The vibrant town of Albufeira, with attractions such as the Old Town, Praia dos Pescadores, and Albufeira Strip, is just a short 15-minute drive away. Undoubtedly, Villa Culebra presents an excellent choice for your sun-soaked holiday! The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 150 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 7 people. From the 8th and 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only EURO 91 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only EURO 21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
