Villa Royal Sandals is a wonderful traditional villa with a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and lovely garden, situated in a quiet area near Santa Eulália. Located within walking distance of all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and the beach, this outstanding villa is perfectly located to make the most of your Albufeira holiday with family or friends. This property has 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, sleeping 8+2 people, as well as 3 bathrooms. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with plenty of seating. The living room doors allow access to the lovely garden and swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) where you can relax in the sun and enjoy al fresco meals cooked on the barbeque. The property includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Villa Royal Sandals is located in a quiet street of the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for family groups or friends, it’s within short walking distance of all nearby amenities including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach (Praia de Santa Eulália) is within about a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just an 8-minute drive away. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 10th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only EURO 77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
