Villa Crisandra is an outstanding villa, located in a quiet neighbourhood of Albufeira, while still within walking distance to all amenities and a few minutes’ drive to the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. Sleeping 10+5 guests, the villa has 4 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk bed sets (en-suite bathroom with shower), one with two single beds (en-suite bathroom with shower), and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, as well as an additional bathroom with shower. A spacious and comfortable living room with 2 sofas, invites you to lounge and relax and a fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. The property also benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms, free wi-fi and international satellite channels. The beautiful outdoor area offers a large and inviting, private heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost) with sunbeds, as well as tables with seats, perfect for enjoying a drink and the views with family and friends, or a meal prepared on the portable barbecue. Space for car parking is available on the driveway within the property grounds. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Standard Breakage Deposit: EURO 400 / Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. • From the 11th to the 15th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 203 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
