Villa Honolulu is a stunning 4-bedroom holiday home, sleeping up to 8+2 guests and with all the special touches that will turn your holiday into a truly memorable experience. With the ideal location for a relaxing getaway, the property is located in the Quinta da Balaia area, with easy access to central Albufeira, fantastic restaurants, bars and beautiful sandy beaches. On the first floor, the lovely Villa Honolulu has 2 bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 double master bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. Patio doors from the hall open onto a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outstanding views of the surrounding area. The remaining 2 twin bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. The living / dining room includes comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi and TV, and allows access to an inviting sunroom where you can relax with a book or a drink. Outside the property is completely walled and fenced, with a large gated swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) located at the back of the property. The villa is south-facing and includes an impressive barbecue area, ideal for enjoying an al-fresco meal on the spacious patio with family and friends, while admiring the scenery in respite from the hot Algarve sun. This fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families and is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa and Oura. The villa is located in the quiet residencial area of Quinta da Balaia, with easy access to Albufeira center, the Strip, Praia da Oura and Olhos de Água, and a good choice of excellent beaches, shops, eateries and watersports, as well as being only a short drive away from several golf courses. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: EURO 200 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only EURO 91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only EURO 21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is EURO 150.***
