Just a 5 minute drive from Albufeira, this 2 bedroom property is ideal for couples or families looking for a quiet holiday in the sun. On the first floor, the townhouse has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms: one with 2 single beds and a master bedroom with a double bed and balcony with breath taking sea views to awake to. The ground floor has been beautifully fitted with marble floors and stainless steel and glass staircase; and includes a fully equipped kitchen (with fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven) and dining area. The living room is bright and airy and extends out onto the lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy meals al fresco cooked on the built-in barbeque, while enjoying the view. The property also has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The complex provides 2 swimming pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children) and well-kept gardens, as well as stunning views. In the area of Pateo nearby, you can find several bars, restaurants and a supermarket, just 1km from the property. The town of Albufeira is located within a 5-minute drive (2,5 km) where you’ll find the Old Town with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beach. This close proximity makes the location ideal for families, couples and keen golfers with a couple of golf courses a few minutes’ drive away. There are also several beaches within a 10-minute drive of the property, as well as a water park, zoo and marina. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups not allowed • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
