The cabin is located on a spacious, sunny lot, surrounded by fields. At this cabin, you can enjoy peace and privacy, with the nearest neighbor approximately 100 meters away. The grassy yard offers a spectacular view of the large expanse of Lake Lappajärvi. The cabin's own beach has a shallow sandy bottom that deepens quickly. There is a wooden pier and a private rowing boat.

The wooden cabin (2000) features a living room, kitchen, entrance hall, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed (140 x 200 cm). There is a separate WC, bathroom, and sauna (electric stove). In the yard, there is also a lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove. Water for the lakeside sauna is carried from the lake or from a water hose attached to the cabin wall, which provides cold water from the municipal network.
